With the 'Haus der kleinen Füße' (House of Little Feet), the city of Georgsmarienhütte has created a modern childcare centre. It provides space for different day nurseries and childcare groups. These groups are named for different colours, such as the orange, red and blue group.

This is why a rainbow effect was created with the help of tretford INTERLAND sheet for the spacious staircase built inside the atrium. The staircase was installed using ten different tretford colours and serves as a playing area for children, but can also be used as a sitting area when events are held in the spacious atrium.

The ten different tints give the sleek building the necessary colour and invite children to come play and stay here.

The natural materials with 80% Cashmere goat hair and 20% virgin wool support the children in their development and creates more calm due to its noise-damping effect.
