The Modecenter  (or 'fashion center') is located in one of the most significant industrial buildings of 1920s Berlin: The Ullsteinhaus. Built as a publishing house by Eugen Schmohl in 1925-1927, the Modecenter Berlin opened its doors there in 1987. It offers the fashion trade a stimulating atmosphere for looking at, ordering and buying the latest in fashion trends.

Everything must be at its best here – including the flooring:  The demands on the material are high and it must dovetail nicely with the merchandise presentation. A high degree of flexibility, superior robustness and easy maintenance certainly don’t pose a problem for tretford Plus7.

tretford Plus 7 is also the ideal choice in terms of floor design or for purposes of mixing materials. It can, for example, be used in combination with wood flooring, as in the case of the Gerry Weber project, because Plus7 doesn’t fray.
